Cardio Squads

Looking to improve your tennis skills and quick reactions, whilst working up a sweat?

Our Head of Adult Coaching Marc Lewis runs a number of 1hr cardio sqauds throughout the week. With a number of quick paced drills that are so much fun it will leave you wanting more!

  • Improvers Cardio: Tuesday 9-10pm
  • Intermediate Cardio: Tuesday 7-8pm
  • Advanced Cardio: Monday 11:30am-12:30pm, Tuesday 8-9pm & Thursday 9-10pm
  • Elite Cardio: Wednesday 7-8pm
